🌿 A Heartfelt Farewell from Pembs Coffee 🌿

It’s with a heavy heart that I share this message with you all…

Pembs Coffee began its journey the day before the world changed with COVID – a wild time to start a small business, but somehow, we made it. Over the years, this little coffee shop became more than just a place to grab a drink for me it became a part of my extended family, from the amazing staff we've been lucky enough to enjoy to the regulars.

We’ve laughed, caffeinated, and created so many memories together. I’ve grown so much as a person, met truly incredible people, and have been lucky enough to build friendships I’ll carry with me forever.

Unfortunately, due to some recent changes in my personal and family life, it’s no longer viable for us to continue running the shop. So, with great sadness, today will be our last day of opening as Pembs Coffee.

But this isn’t goodbye for the space itself. Over the past few weeks, I’ve been working closely with our landlord and a passionate new startup from Milford who will be subletting and taking over the space this September. I’m so excited to see what they bring to the community and hope you’ll show them the same love and support you gave us.

We’re Back!
Pembs Coffee is reopening under new ownership — and we can’t wait to welcome you in!

Join us Monday to Friday, 10am–4pm, for great coffee, fresh treats, and a cozy space to relax, catch up, or get some work done.

We’ve got new stock, some fresh surprises, but kept the same warm, welcoming vibe you know and love.

Pop in and say hi — we’d love to see some familiar faces and meet some new ones too!

Pembs Coffee are giving the delightful people of Pembroke Dock and beyond a Pembrokeshire Cachu News 5% discount for any bill over £10, just ask for the Cachu News Deal

For anyone unaware the cafe is situated right next to the argyle st doctors in the dock and will be running this promotion until Gito gets banned from there.

The Pembs Coffee team would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all our loyal customers for making 2024 an incredible year.

As we prepare for the year ahead, we will be temporarily closed until January 6th to implement some exciting changes, including kitchen upgrades and a refreshed front-of-house area.

We wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and look forward to welcoming you back in 2025!
