We’re looking for an Assistant Manager to join us at the Cross Keys, Peebles.

Coast and Country Pubs is a fast-growing business in Scotland and this role is a great opportunity to develop within a supportive and ambitious team with lots of opportunities for progression for the right candidate.

You’ll work closely with us at the Cross Keys, helping to lead and support the team day to day. The role covers all core Assistant Manager responsibilities, including leading shifts, placing orders, and maintaining a strong presence on the floor. A big focus is on delivering excellent customer service and building relationships with our regulars alongside upholding high standards in service and compliance.

We’re looking for someone who is hands-on, team-focused, and committed to maintaining a high-quality guest experience.
