Tour O’ The Borders is taking place, so there are some road closures in the area, but you can still reach us using the one-way system from the Cardrona side. See the map for full details.

A little September update from the Courtyard Cafe 🍂

Our opening hours are changing as we head into September.

We’ll be OPEN this Bank Holiday Monday, 31 August, from 10am–4pm, then from next week we move to our autumn opening pattern and will be closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Wednesday–Friday | 11am–3pm
Saturday–Sunday | 10am–4pm

And a little heads-up for Sunday 6 September: the Tour O’ the Borders is passing through, but we’re still open as usual and accessible from the Cardrona side 🚲

The HandleBards are bringing their brilliantly chaotic open-air production of Macbeth to Kailzie Estate on Sunday 16 August, and we’ll be keeping The Courtyard Café open late for the occasion.

🌿 Seasonal Supper | Friday 1 May | Booking now open

May is one of the most beautiful times to be at Kailzie. The trees are coming into leaf and the gardens are waking up.

Join us on the first Friday of the month for our May Seasonal Supper. Arrive from 6pm and take a stroll through the walled gardens with your welcome drink, before sitting down to a three-course menu built around the season. Shared to the table, relaxed and unhurried.

Tables available between 6pm and 8pm
£50 per person | Optional matched wines £25

Big weekend at Kailzie! 🎣
Saturday 4 April brings the Tweed Trout Festival, casting competitions, fly-fishing demos and a chance to catch the first fish of the season, 10am–4pm. All abilities welcome, equipment provided.

The Walled Garden reopens from tomorrow, so come for the festival and stay to explore. We’ll have you covered in the Courtyard Café with great food and coffee as always. ☕🌿
