The Kings Head Pebmarsh Essex is situated in a pleasant countryside village on the North Essex/ South Suffolk Borders between Sudbury & Halstead. Dating back to 1450,The Kings Head offers a great diverse selection of real ale including KHP 'Promised Land' , good quality, sensibly priced food served with vegetables that you want to eat not that you have to eat & a very warm welcome including a log fire. It is dog friendly, wellie friendly and children friendly - in other words all that you would expect a Pub to be. Pop in for a drink, a chat with your friends, good food or just to chill out after a hard days work.

Just a quick reminder of what we’ve got on!

We will be serving our special menu alongside our main a la carte menu today and Saturday🍽️

Sunday is roast day! With our Sunday roasts and main menu available as usual🍴

🌟Monday 31st, we’ll have our Bank Holiday specials running alongside the main a la carte menu🌟

Nothing fancy planned, just a nice chilled bank holiday weekend with plenty of good food and drinks🍻

All specials are subject to availability. We hope to see you!

A massive thank you to everyone who came along to our kids event yesterday afternoon!
It was so lovely seeing so many happy faces and having the pub full of laughter and fun before the summer holidays come to an end and school starts back up again!🥰

Thank you as well to everyone who joined us for our Quiz Night! It was brilliant to see such a great turnout (again) and have another busy evening at the pub.
We hope you all enjoyed yourselves and had a good night! 🧠🍻

✨ What a week! ✨

A huge thank you to all of the amazing food trucks that joined us this week at The Kings Head. We absolutely loved having you all, and it was a fantastic change while our kitchen team enjoyed a well deserved break.

It was brilliant to see the pub so busy, especially with the gorgeous weather we’ve had! ☀️ And a special thank you to all of our wonderful locals who jumped in to help Sharon on Friday night… definitely one to remember🤣

Most of all, thank you to everyone who came along, supported the food trucks, and spent the week with us. We really appreciate every one of you.

We’re looking forward to welcoming you back to our usual food service from Wednesday 12pm!

Just a reminder that we are closed tomorrow (Monday) and Tuesday, and we’ll see you all again on Wednesday.
