Oor (not so wee anymore) Jaidyn is at it again. 😍

Sticky toffee and scottish tablet cheesecake 😋 made for the cafe.

Starting to worry all of us old guys in the kitchen hes starting to outshine us all at only 16 years old 😆

Look at these 😍

Oor wee Jaidyn has been hard at it again ❤️

He started with us at 14 years old doing the dishes (he won't mind me saying, he was the worst kitchen porter ever 😆) to now being a proper member of the team and comfortable in EVERY section of the restaurant kitchen, helping out in sportsters kitchen and now putting these wee beauty's out at 16 years old in the cafe. Hes genuinely a wee superstar and we are all really proud of him ✨️
