As the darker nights draw in we wanted to strengthen our safety policy and do more to help everyone enjoy their night out and get home safely.

Our mums, sisters, daughters, girlfriends and female friends should all be able to enjoy a night out without worrying about how they’re getting home 💯

We’ve put these posters below throughout the pub to show safety tips, helpful apps, free phone lines and details of the support available. We want everyone who comes through our doors to know where to turn if they ever feel unsafe, uncomfortable or vulnerable 🙏🏻

We’ve also teamed up with local, female run taxi service SisterRide to help with prebooked transport home. When booking your table with us you can ask us to help arrange your journey too ☺️ Subject to availability, so advance booking is recommended 🙏🏻

Our team can also offer somewhere safe to wait, help charge your phone, contact someone you trust, arrange a taxi or provide discreet support through the UK wide Ask for Angela campaign.

This is about local businesses, venues and people pulling together to look after our community. A night out should feel safe and enjoyable from the moment you arrive until the moment you get home 🫶🏻

Jackie came along to try our new Sunday roast and had nothing but lovely things to say. Fab food, huge portions, friendly staff and a spotless pub! Exactly the experience we want every customer to have 👏🏻
