Hello guys it’s the start of another big weekend with the weather looking absolutely smashing again!!

We now have 3 kitchens running to make sure we can keep up with the demand from you lot which is actually just crazy!!

JustEat hours are the same as the in house hours 9am-4pm every day so the lines are now open if you want to get involved 👀

The team down there at our delivery kitchen are now settled in to the new place and are absolutely smashing out the orders so get involved ❤️

I know it feels like we are putting one of these posts up every other day at the moment but we have to keep up with the demand from you lot that keep heading down in your absolute droves 😝

We are looking to fill both part and full time positions - weekend availability is essential!

Our opening hours are 9am-4pm so if you are looking for evening work this isn’t the place for you unfortunately 😅

The positions we are currently looking to fill are:

- server
- barista

For either role we require you to have a few years experience if you are applying, this place is busy busy right now and we are looking for people who can come in and adapt straight away!

Good personal hygiene, time keeping, reliability and eagerness to work are all traits we require which goes without saying!

Pay is negotiable depending on your experience with scope to progress as we move in to an exciting time here at roasters - weekly pay, daily tips, free food on shift, discounts etc

This is a first for us guys but we are looking to hire an Assistant Manager here at Roasters!

With the deliveries going crazy and basically becoming another business in itself me and Dan need someone capable to help us with the day to day running of the cafe.

This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual who has the character to lead the great team we already have in place here!

Experience in a similar role is absolutely required we need someone who can come in and hit the ground running straight away as it is absolutely mental at the moment in the best possible way 😂

Daily tips, free staff meals, discounts, flexible working hours with early finishes and pay is negotiable depending on experience 👌🏻

We have grown considerably and need to add to our mad little team here. We require 2 chefs to help our team with service at our high street unit with the option of helping in our delivery kitchen too.

Both are extremely busy and in total we have 3 kitchens.
Experience is absolutely essential and starts can be immediate.
Rates of pay can be negotiated but well above NLW, daily tips, weekly pay, full time hours (37/40) staff events, staff meals - the whole shabang.

As we grow, and have some very exciting plans this next chapter, we want to ensure we have the best possible team.

I wasn’t sure if doing deliveries was the right thing for us for a long time.

Will the food be the same quality?
Am I forcing stress on an already crazy business?
How will the team feel?
Can we keep up with the extra prep?
How far do we deliver?

So many questions more.

Safe to say I’m glad we were patient over the years and have opened it up now. It’s scary. Friday, our first day, was unexpected - hundreds of orders came in and we had to do a forced stress test on the new kitchen, kitchen flow, the team, the drivers and the menu. One day. That’s all it took to find the flaws and make corrections swiftly and yesterday I was witness to one of the best kitchen operations I’ve ever seen.

Today, Sunday, we are back again on Just Eat. Our fresh prep is done, boxes have been made and order already piling in.

Roasters started as a pipe dream. Now it’s a damn reality. And a reality I get to call my life.
