🌸 EMBRACE THE MENOPAUSE 🌸

We’re Black Ivory Piano Bar — and we think menopause deserves cocktails, conversation and a bloody good night out. 🍸💗

Introducing our regular Menopause Nights, held on the 1st & 3rd Tuesday of every month at 7.30pm

This isn’t a support group. It’s a social evening for women — somewhere to meet, laugh, have a drink, share experiences and talk about all those things that, quite frankly, men just don’t understand! 😂

Joining us is Emma at Embrace The Menopause, a fully qualified Menopause Coach and Nervous System Regulation Practitioner, bringing professional knowledge and advice into a relaxed, friendly environment.

✨ Real women
✨ Real conversations
✨ Expert advice
✨ Plenty of laughs
✨ Great company
✨ Drinks & cocktails at the bar 🍸
✨ Absolutely no judgement

Come alone, bring your best friend, your sister, your mum or gather the girls. You don’t need to be struggling with menopause to come along — whether you’re approaching it, right in the middle of it or simply want to understand your changing body a little better, you’re welcome.

Because this stage of life shouldn’t be something we just get through.

Let’s embrace it. 💗
