We are a small friendly guest house with 8 guest bedrooms located centrally to all amenities you would expect from a seaside resort. All our guest rooms have comfortable beds flatscreen TV tea coffee making facilities hand bath towels and shower mats Iron and Ironing board available upon request we also have a cot and high chair available. Prices include a full english breakfast or a lighter alter
native and vegetarians catered for. For special occasions we can offer guests flowers/champagne or wine for an addition cost delivered to your room sandwiches and toasties also available upon request for an addition cost. If you wish to stay a short or long stay we will endeavour to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as we can. We have a multiplex cinema on our sea front and a theatre just a short walk away. There are many things for all ages to do in Paignton we have a pier harbour crazy golf amusements bars/restaurants clubs beach shops are approximately 100 yards from us or why not go for a day out on the Steam train. Paignton zoo and splashdown water park are close by or you could always take a short bus ride and visit Kents Cavern Miniature Village living coast. We operate a no smoking policy throughout the guest house with the most up to date fire alarm system. We have a limited amount of parking permits available (first come first served basis) at a small additional cost or we can arrange a council weekly parking permit for and additional cost which you can use in all Torbay Car Parks.
