I'm Absolutely livid ! Swisco Decided to prosecute me for hanging my Push bike in Paignton's Victoria park , it's attached to the western power fence not even touching the ground , there isn't anywhere in the park to get any refreshments so I'm kindly directing people my way , 2 smart looking Swisco men dressed in new very clean uniforms driving a new pickup truck decided to pick on me this morning a small independent business instead of doing a decent day's work as in fixing potholes, weeding & sweeping the street , or dealing with the bay which is going down hill by the day , crumbling buildings falling into the street anti social behaviour plus a spiralling drug epidemic ! I politely asked them to leave my premises and told them they are trespassing!!!! We Then Called Weston PowerTo Be Told It Was Their Property Not !! We are a local couple trying to build a small buisness !!!!
