This week, we’re excited to be collaborating with South Devon National Landscape again for a mindful journalling session inspired by the nature around us 🌱📖🍃.

We’ll take time to notice, reflect and get creative with the beautiful environment on our doorstep.

No pressure, no judgement- just community, creativity and conversation 💕

Important Update!
WE ARE STOPPING ROASTING COFFEE
As a lot of you know we currently, and have been for several years roasting our own coffee. This has been a wonderful journey. From Ceri doing her training, to opening a roastery, to then launching multiple different blends and single origins. This has been a wonderful part of Ceri’s journey of making things. A lot of you will know that Ceri is a chemical engineer who has applied this learning to a lot of stages of her career, and lately that was coffee roasting.

This decision hasn’t come easy as we have truly loved being the first coffee roaster in the area but we are very proud of how great our Torbay coffee scene has become.

The reason behind this decision lies in this photo, our special boy Bertie is ready for school, and with his needs we have decided to home educate him, with Ceri being his teacher. This in turn means Ceri will be stepping away from the business operationally but remaining as director. Gaia will forever be shaped by Ceri, from her naming the brand, picking the logo and the colours to maintaining its high quality in drinks and community delivery.

We will be starting a great new journey with Origin Coffee a brand we have admired over the years. We believe you will love their coffee just like we do.

This will be the last week we serve our own coffee at Gaia. Thank you all for those who loved it, it’s truly meant the world to us.

We hope you understand our decision and you continue to make us your stop for coffee every week.
