Smashed Cucumber & Herb Salad, with Dukkah and Sumac Onions

The second starter from Viral Night

Cucumber smashed to bits with a rolling pin, Sumac infused onions, a huge amount of mint, dill, parsley and garlic. Topped with Dukkah and served on a cucumber flavoured yoghurt. I can see why the smashed cucumber salad thing took off and got 520 million+ views! Not only is it delicious but also you get to take your frustrations out on a 🥒 🔨🔨🔨🔨

Pork and prawn dumpling lasagna 🥟 🍝

Sourdough thins, whipped gorgonzola and hot honey 🤤

Thinly sliced and toasted sourdough from Lee Hegarty, sharp/creamy whipped gorgonzola and sweet/spicy hot honey with a touch of fresh thyme straight out of the garden 🏡

Sourdough and hot honey clocked in a massive 6.2 BILLION+ views and are clearly viral sensations!

These are so addictive and we're gone as quickly as they went out

This one is naughty... Brown butter biscuit base (Greg Wallace?), dark chocolate ganache, toasted coconut, cocoa nibs, vanilla ice cream and toasted Italian meringue 🤤🤤🤤

My first Death Row inmate has had her last meal 💀😂

Last night we created a bespoke "Death Row" menu for the wonderful Marie from birthday. No pressure, right?

I gave Marie two choices: tell me the full three-course menu of your dreams, or just give me a list of your absolute favorite ingredients and I'll handle the rest... she chose the latter. She had an epic list, so I had lots of lovely things to play with CHEESE (she is the cheese queen after all) steak, truffle, chocolate, hazelnut praline, it's all there.

This was so much fun, I've been wanting to start offering this for private dining experiences for a while and I couldn't have been happier that Marie was my first Death row diner! ⚰️

Thai Style BBQ Black Bream (easy for you to say...), Nam Jim sauce, lettuce cups, rice noodles and .microgreens Asian mix

The main course from our most recent supper club, Brixham black bream, absolutely on point from , salt crusted and cooked on the BBQ. The Nam Jim sauce is sooooo good with it 🥵 salty, sweet, spicy, tangy 🤤

Garden was looking nice that evening too 👨‍🌾🌅
