Welcome to The Prep Shack’s official page!🎉
Based in Paignton, Devon, this is the first of it’s kind in this small town.
The Prep Shack is a meal-prep delivery service, with different set menus every-week, so you really don’t have to do any of the work😁 Of course, we will cater to any dislikes/allergies, but we feel this is a great way to get out of your food comfort zone!
