Fresh Cornish crab, landed just up the coast in Padstow, dressed with some pickled chilli, shallots, and lemon juice, loaded up onto a crisp corn tortilla, and finished with a drizzle of hot sauce over top.

There's something seriously good about eating outside… a big dose of sunshine really does make everything taste a little better

Pull up a chair and tuck into our Wood Fired Cornish Seafood for Two – a platter piled high with whole lobster, South Coast scallops, and the day's freshest catch, all cooked over flame. Why not add a few extra scallops with garlic & herb butter, some Polytunnel Tomatoes with basil & mozzarella, a Harlyn Caesar Salad, and some Rosemary Salted Koffmann's Fries on the side, and you've got yourself a proper Lobster Shed lunch.
