Sadly had to say goodbye to Dad this week.
Many of you knew him as he was a regular visitor to Trevone and Padstow for over 50 years for work (Graham Brown insurance brokers) and holidays, so apologies if we haven’t let you know directly.
So glad we were back in Guildford for the past 8 months to spend precious time with him and Mum 💔

Well, we made it through 2 years of COVID, thanks to the overwhelming support from you, our wonderful local & regular customers - thank you all so much.

We would love to be updating you now on our plans to reopen for our 12th year. However, life has a way of throwing up unexpected challenges……... With ageing parents and a recent Alzheimer’s diagnosis in the family, we are simply too far away to provide the support they now need and we can’t commit to another year of running the restaurant. We will therefore be heading back to Surrey in the next couple of months.

We’re both very proud of our little place; we have very special memories from our 11 years and have made some wonderful friends. Thank you all again for your friendship and support - we sincerely hope to see many of you for a drink or two before we head off. We’ll definitely be back, one way or another!

Well done x

The first two lorries packed to the roof full of incredible donations has now arrived in Poland, with the third lorry leaving Plymouth Monday 21 March, and the fourth lorry the following week.

The first two lorries to arrive were unloaded by 9am Sunday morning, with the donations quickly sorted so that they reach the very people that desperately need help.

Thank you to everyone who has donated. ❤

Orders can be made by phone, e-mail or Facebook.   Collection times will be allocated at the time of booking - normally between 4.00 and 6.00pm
