A lovely evening at the AA Hospitality Awards, and we’re delighted to have been awarded 3 AA Rosettes for DAISE by Tony Parkin.

Huge congratulations to all the award winners and new additions, especially A N G L O T H A I John Chantarasak Desiree Chantarasak (legends 🔥) Sōlō Restaurant Tim Allen Magali Duclos and Adam Handling MBE Frog by Adam Handling also for the fantastic Ahrelia Caviar lunch, the perfect way to start the celebrations with Chef Publishing Ltd 🫶🏻

It was great to catch up with so many familiar faces from the industry, and just as lovely to meet plenty of new ones too!

As the raspberry season draws to a close and we head towards October, we’ll be waving goodbye to our Tarleton raspberry dessert in the next few weeks…

We’re working on dessert developments to bring you something new and just as delicious for the months ahead.

Our December reservations are now available Daise by Tony Parkin with additional festive dates added for those looking to join us over the Christmas season where you can enjoy our Signature menus at 2pm Sunday 20th December - Tuesday 22nd December and Monday 28th December - Tuesday 29th December. It’s dinner as usual at 7pm on Wednesday 30th December and we are excited to celebrate with you on NYE with a special Signature menu at 7pm on Thursday 31st December (NYE menu £155pp to include a glass of ch*****ne) 🥂 We hope to see you all soon ♥️

Six months of DAISE ♥️ A little reminder that we’re currently taking our summer break, enjoying time with family, a little downtime, and of course still thinking about food, planning a few new dishes and whats coming next!

On 6th August, we quietly reached a pretty special milestone — six months since opening our doors. Six months of new friendships, familiar faces, and so many great memories. Most importantly though, six months of you - every guest who has booked a table, shared a meal, recommended us to a friend and supported us. We’re excited to get back in the kitchen and welcome old and new faces.

Due to popular demand we’ll also soon be releasing our winter reservations and some additional dates for lunch and dinner over the festive Christmas period 🎄
