Refresh Cafe Refresh cafe is a social enterprise run by Turning Point, Set up to help people in Recovery to gain skills and build up their confidence and much more.

Refresh Café opened in January 2016 and is operated as a social enterprise, by Turning
Point. It is situated in Oxford a short walk from the Road to Recovery Hub. It offers former clients the opportunity to gain work experience in a real business, offering their services to paying members of the public. Refresh is open to the public from Monday to Saturday 9am – 4pm. It offers a range of foods fro

m fish and chips to panini’s and smoothies. Refresh however is much more than just a cafe. It is a bridge linking people in recovery to employment by supporting and training individuals to gain new skills and confidence to get back into work. Training and work experience is available to all substance misuse clients from the Road to Recovery Hub as well as clients referred from other services such as mental health
