We thought it was probably time to introduce you to our newest member of the team - world, meet Fig 🐶

She’s not great at pulling pints, running food or cleaning lines, but she is pretty great at hoovering up crumbs, greeting guests and chasing pigeons. If you see her, feel free to say hello (it’ll make her day!)

We’re hiring!

Some of you might have heard that our wonderful Paul is heading back to the high seas, so we’re tentatively looking for someone to join us for 30ish hours a a week for the rest of the year, with the potential for a permanent contract from March 2027.

We’re looking for someone with 5+ years in hospitality, preferably pubs, to be our Assistant Pub Manager. You’ll need to be warm and friendly with great attention to every detail of the guest experience. We want someone who really loves pubs and sees all the good they bring to communities.

This role could be perfect for someone heading off travelling in January, and who’s looking for a hospitality job with actual work life balance, great people on both sides of the bar, and knowing that you’re genuinely contributing towards a village’s sense of community.
