A proper Italian classic and exactly what we fancy as the weather starts to cool down.

Home-made egg tagliatelle with a rich Bolognese ragù of slow-cooked beef & pork, soffritto, w**e, Sicilian tomato sauce, parmesan and fresh basil.

Even better with a glass of Tre Cipressi Chianti or Mozzafiato Primitivo alongside. 🍷

Gluten-free? We can make this one with gluten-free pasta too — just ask the team.
