Introducing the Jambon Beurre. Paris’s greatest contribution to lunch, and we don’t say that lightly.
This has been a labour of love. Pascal has been working hard in the kitchen making every element just right. The ham is cured from free-range pork raised at just down the road. The butter is churned with Normandy crème fraîche. The baguette is a smaller version of our own, baked here fresh.
Comme il faut. Tuesday to Friday lunchtimes. £8.
