Christmas has arrived at PV, with a menu that serves all the classics, along with some things new.

Among starters, the salmon is a highlight! Inspired by something we tried at .egourmande L’Étape Gourmande in the Loire, we are pairing smoked salmon with a home-made beetroot ice cream. (Merci!)

This is our proprietor’s favourite Hebridean Smokehouse’s peat-smoked salmon, always great at christmas and new year! The very very strong peat flavours are met delightfully by the cool, sharp and sweet beetroot icecream.
