Established in 1904 and still a family run working Boathouse and restaurant with 80 handmade punts in the water. The punting season is mid March to mid October open 10am - dusk, dependant on the weather. The well known local restaurant has a superlative wine list and is open all year round with an alfresco terrace on the decking in the summer. In season the Tea-hut bar and cafe serves light food,

snacks and refreshments throughout the day. We have a large marquee overlooking the Cherwell, as well as a lower boathouse area for private bookings and events such as weddings, birthdays and corporate entertainment all year round.

With summer in full swing and the temperature climbing there is no better place to be in Oxford than on a punt drifting along the river Cherwell…we are open every day from 10am for punt, rowing boat and canoe hire…come & join us!! ☀️🛶🚣🏻‍♂️
