No buns this week, sorry! I'm moving house 📦 and have rather a lot to do!!

I'll be back next week with a new extra special special. But I am really sorry to say, that will be my last week for a while.

It's the end of the 'Bun' chapter, with a new one just beginning. I'll share more soon of what I have been up to.

New product heading out to today. Mum-mums, or yummy-yummy 😋

A very simple concept (but surprisingly tricky to make) of chewy Italian meringue coated in dark chocolate and hazelnuts. These would make the offering at the Ambassadors Reception green with envy 😂😂😂

I've used the very best Callebaut high cocoa chocolate and toasted chopped hazelnuts. A delicious treat for yourself or a sweet gift to a loved one 💘

New year.....New beginnings

Buns have been my priority for the three years, but I'll soon be jumping into something different. More stability, more challenge and a new chapter!

That means I need to free up a bit more time. If you have a hankering to learn to make and bake these well-loved pastries, then get in touch!!

What you need to have:

* a love of baking
* lovely strong arms like me 💪
* an unusual desire to start work at 6am (but finished by 10)
* your own wheels to get you to Dorchester-on-Thames

Full training and support, a beautiful brand new kitchen on a stunning farm location, opportunity to get involved and grow the business.

Tomorrow, yes tomorrow 🤯 I'll be moving the bakery operations to a brand spanking new kitchen at Bishop's Court Farm in Dorchester-On-Thames.

I'm so excited to be joining the family of businesses at my local farm, and we have many new products on the way to share with you.
