A little glimpse into the first half of my week as a coffee van owner. ☕️
While I’m mainly working events towards the end of the week and over the weekends on the van, the start of my week looks very different.
A big part of it is spent restocking the van, checking what we have left from the weekend, ordering everything we need and getting everything ready for the next run of events.
Then I’m on the laptop sending a ton of emails to suppliers and event organisers, trying to get every weekend booked out for the year, as well as sorting invoices and trading paperwork.
I love both parts of my week, though. The behind the scenes planning and preparation keeps everything running smoothly, and then the events are where all the hard work comes to life.
