served with sweetcorn chowder. a classic combination with a little extra.

this dish lets the ingredients do the talking. served with crushed potatoes & herby green sauce.

just the sort of dish we’re after in late summer. served with peas, courgette, gem & lemon.

includes cantabrian anchovies, soft boiled eggs & fresh greens. delicious.
