🌸 Fête des Mères | Mother’s Day 🌸
After a delicious team taste-test yesterday, we’re delighted to begin unveiling our Spring menu.

First to appear: Culotte d’Agneau
Rump of lamb, boulangère potatoes, English asparagus, and sauce vierge — the sauce vierge brings a bright, herbaceous lift — light enough for spring, with flavours that linger.

The lamb will be available fot Mother’s Day, with the full Spring menu launching on 2nd April.

🌿 Reservations now open — we’re full for Mother’s Day lunch, but still taking tea-time and dîner bookings.

By popular demand, our escargots de Bourgogne have returned—tender Burgundy snails baked in their shells with garlic, parsley, and butter. A true French classic, perfect to pair with a glass of wine.

While you celebrated Noël, we rolled up our sleeves and gave the bistro a little refresh! The walls now have a fresh coat of paint in the same warm colours you know and love, and today we carefully re-hung all the artwork. It’s lovely to see it all back in place – which piece is your favourite?
