Goodwood Revival… what a weekend! 🏎️

Yorkshire pudding wraps, breakfast baps and three days at one of the most ICONIC motorsport events in the country. The Lavant Corner was a brilliant spot and the Great British Roast unit looked right at home.

Thank you to everyone who came and found us and to the whole team for making it run so smoothly! 💛

Our churros and coffee unit is heading to a load of events this October and we cannot wait. Fresh churros and proper coffee from Jericho Coffee Traders is the perfect sweet treat… if we do say so ourselves!

Goodwood Revival, we’re here! 🏎️

One of the most iconic motorsport events in the calendar and we’ve got the perfect menu for it. Find us on the Lavant Corner with our Great British Roast unit serving Yorkshire pudding wraps across the weekend — beef brisket, roast pork, toad in the hole, and cauliflower cheese, all wrapped in a proper Yorkshire pudding. Breakfast baps until 11.30am too if you need setting up for the day.

Last week was a busy one! 🙌

We were at Bunkfest in Wallingford with our flatbreads unit and Ideas Fest at Champneys with the Brinkley’s Grill and coffee; two very different events, both brilliant in their own way! Did we tell you we’re adaptable to any event? 😉

No rest though. This week we’re heading to Goodwood Revival at the Goodwood Motor Circuit from 18th to 20th September and we’re bringing our Great British Roasts 😋 One of the most iconic motorsport events in the calendar and a setting that never gets old.

We believe that good food shouldn’t go to waste, so here’s what we did about it!

After Salon Privé we had leftover pain au raisin from our friends at Natural Bread. Grace froze them straight away, thawed them out and turned them into the most delicious pain au raisin bread and butter pudding for Ideas Fest 😋

And guess what? It sold out! 🥳

This is how we think about food at every event we’re at, because we absolutely hate to waste anything - especially when our ingredients are so good. Less waste, better food… that’s what we strive for at Brinkleys. Swipe through to see the full process 👉

Networking is hungry work. We’ve got you covered! 😋

We’ll be at Champneys, Tring on 9th and 10th September, find us on the site map and come and say hello. Here’s what’s on:

Burgers using Todenham Manor Farm beef patties; bacon cheeseburger, cheeseburger, plain burger, and a pulled BBQ jackfruit bun for veggies/ vegans 🍔 Breakfast sorted too with bacon, sausage and halloumi brioche rolls from £6. Cheesy fries and fries on the side, gluten free options available as always - just chat to our friendly staff!

What a weekend at Salon Privé! 🏎️

Stunning cars, incredible grounds and we even got to spot Richard Hammond while we were at it. Not a bad way to spend a few days at Blenheim Palace.

Thank you to everyone who came and found us for coffee and pulled meat buns across the weekend; it was a brilliant event and one we always love being part of!

Next up we’re heading to Champneys in Tring for Ideas Fest on 9th and 10th September. Come and find us there with our Flatbread Wraps! 🌯

There’s no post-summer blues here as September is looking good. Here’s where you’ll find us 👇

We’re kicking things off at Salon Privé at Blenheim Palace from 2nd to 6th September with coffee and pulled meat buns. Straight into Bunkfest in Wallingford from 4th to 6th with our flatbread wraps.

On 9th and 10th September we’re heading to Champneys in Tring, Hertfordshire for Ideas Fest with the Brinkley’s Grill and coffee. Then we close out the month in style at Goodwood Revival from 18th to 20th September at the Goodwood Motor Circuit and we’re bringing Yorkshire pudding wraps 😋

We’re already set up and ready to go for a fun-filled weekend!

We’re live at Salon Privé on the North Lawn at Blenheim Palace today with coffee and pulled meat buns to come on Saturday and Sunday if you’re heading down this weekend.

And from tomorrow we’re also at Bunkfest in Wallingford with our flatbreads unit. Fresh ingredients, locally sourced, house-made sauces AND gluten free options available too, just let our team know when you order!

Here’s where to find us this week 👇

🏎️ We’re back at Blenheim Palace for Salon Privé from 2nd to 5th September — coffee all event and pulled meat buns on the Saturday and Sunday on the North Lawn. One of our favourite events of the year and always a brilliant setting!

🪩cThen from 4th to 6th September we’re heading to Wallingford for Bunkfest with our flatbreads unit. A great community festival right in the heart of South Oxfordshire.
