This Wednesday from 8.30pm, The Bob Stills Blues Sensation

The Bob Still Blues Sensation has existed for more than 30 odd years, the two constants being Bob Still and Alan Williams.
They have both previously played on the blues scene and backed various American blues and R&B singers/musicians such as Lowell Fulson, Phil Guy, Eddie C. Campbell, Louisiana Red and Lazy Lester, amongst others.
With Gary Foote on bass (Joan Armatrading, Pentangle & many others) & noted drummer Nigel Elliot who lived & gigged touring in the States for many years, they have an intuitive, seemingly loose, easy approach. Their core sound still emphasises a solid groove & feel and good old get-down rhythm and blues, with a few blues flavoured country song sprinkled in for good measure.

On tap now Wiper and True Bristol Crush Grapefruit Radler 2.5%
Bristol Crush is a glowing summer’s day in a glass. First, they make a homemade lemonade, packed full of fresh, zesty, thirst-quenching grapefruit and lemon. Then, they blend this zingy concoction with a premium wheat beer, adding a satisfying body with strong, malty flavours to balance all that citrus juice. The finished drink is sweet, sour, and oh-so-satisfying.
