A message to all our customers.

We just wanted to let you all know - before the rumour mill begins - that our beloved chippy is indeed up for sale.

And we also wanted to assure you we won’t be going anywhere anytime soon and in the meantime everything is very much business as usual.

It could take a year or two to get a suitable sale in the current economic climate. I am 62 now and as long as I can retire by 65 I will be happy.

And when the shop does sell our STAFF and CUSTOMERS will be the first to know.

The shop is for sale on a Freehold basis - though we would consider selling leasehold to the right person (price and terms negotiable).
There is no accommodation, though there is room to build/install some STPP.

Please feel free to share this post to anyone you feel may be interested - but if they are please ask them to contact the business agents direct rather than ourselves.

I will stress again it is very much business as usual in the meantime - and that means the best value fish and chips in the area.

Our standard haddock and chips is £7.65 and a small portion is £5.25.

Opening hours are
Tuesday 4-7.30pm.
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 11.30-1.30 & 4-7.30pm.

So we've put our top-notch spuds through the 'washing machine' ready for the next stage.

Here they come out of the rumbler! Then they all get a quick check over and tidy up to head to the final stage.
