Now I’ve got the bug for making big pies. If only I could have a massive oven somewhere…….👀

Speedy lunchtime pizza. I love the cheese but I ate 2.5 blocks of paneer yesterday so I need a little dairy break today.

Baked in the Home oven, manual model. Love this little guy with my whole heart. 300c on the top element, 0 on the base.

I had a 150g piece of dough left after my mix and didn’t want to waste it. 2 hour autolyse means the dough was super extensible 🙌

I’ve got the sourdough bug!

This is a blend of type 0 & wholemeal. Long slow cold ferment. I’ve kept the toppings super simple - hand crushed tomatoes, thin sliced garlic, wild oregano and EVOO.

Looking after this starter is like having a third kid but I’m loving the process.
