If you havnt received your invoice by the end of the day please inbox me as notifications can be abit hit or miss so it is possible i may not have seen your order. All invoices have now been sent and all orders placed over the weekend will be sent out on Monday. I wont be around much tomorrow as I will be at the The Cake & Bake Show :) But all emails and invoices will be sorted as soon as I get home. Sugar paste alone is a bit soft for modelling – it often breaks or cracks and does not hold its shape well. Modelling paste is stronger than sugarpaste and is ideal for modelled figures, moulds and shapes where you need the piece to hold its shape and dry quickly, but still remain soft enough to eat once the cake is cut. It is non-sticky, easy to use, fun, edible material - ideal for children to have a go with also!

Satin Ice is used by profesionals as it is really easy to work with, gives a really nice finish and is one of the world's best selling flower pastes. Much more superior than squires, wilton or THE Paste gum paste, i started using it around 3 years ago and never looked back! Gorgeous smell as well as a fantastic texture to work with, Stays pliable long enough for you to adjust any petals (whereas squires starts setting too quick by the time you have finished your rose you have run out of working time), also sets less brittle than other leading gumpaste.
