Wow this is 💯 % a cake I made

I actually replicated this design from another very super talented cake artist (Zoe’s fancy cakes)

Zoe’s videos gave me a little push to have the confidence to try something new, something I never thought would turn out like it did.
So thank you I’m so proud of myself

What can I say…

100 - 3 course, individually boxed afternoon teas for the ladies of Crompton.

This is my 5th, bi annual event of having the absolute privilege of providing you with our catering services.

I’m am so eternally grateful that for the last 3 years you have trusted me and my right hand woman - AKA my mum - Donna to provide your afternoon teas.
Without her it would not be possible.
And so mum. Thank you from the bottom of my very big heart 💓

Thank you to Heather Lee for your returning business, it means the world to us.

When you are asked to do a spread like this 🥰

On Saturday we travelled over to Bowdon to provide this absolutely fabulous spread.

Presented beautifully on our white ceramic dishes and wooden platters, using our new risers to elevate the whole look, giving it depth and dimension, this by far is my favourite style to set up.

Thank you to Christine Matthews for trusting us with the whole process and we hope Harry had the best day celebrating his 18th birthday.

I’m nearly 6 years in to providing beautiful, bespoke cakes to mark special occasions, and this one was the one that really got to me making it 🫶🏼

Katie absolutely loved it on her 13th birthday.

Thank you Paul and Lisa for asking me to make your very special little girl, this gorgeous cake.

It’s one that I think will stick with me forever that it’s was so special to one little girl xx
