❤️ A MESSAGE FROM GEORGE ❤️
After a lot of thought, and what has been a very difficult decision for me, the time has come for me to say goodbye to The Post Inn at the end of September.
I’d like to say a massive thank you to everyone who has supported us over the years. I’ve genuinely enjoyed meeting every single one of you, and I’ve made so many friends along the way. There have been plenty of laughs, good times and memories that I’ll take with me.
I also want to say a huge thank you to all the staff, past and present, who have been part of The Post during my time here. And a very special thank you to Sue and Steve, who have been here with me throughout my whole time at the pub. Your hard work, loyalty and support over the years have meant more to me than I can say. ❤️
🍻 For my final few weeks, we’re going to make the most of them!
We’ll be putting on special offers throughout September, so keep an eye on our socials for those.
Due to the renovations currently taking place at the pub, we’ll also be replacing our usual menu with a smaller specials menu, which we’ll post regularly on our social pages.
For the remainder of September, we have also decided not to take table bookings and will be welcoming walk-ins only.
🍽️ THIS SUNDAY WILL BE OUR FINAL CARVERY
Bookings ARE welcome for the final carvery, so please get in touch if you’d like to join us.
It’s certainly going to be strange saying goodbye after all these years, but I feel my time here is done and it’s time for me to start the next chapter of my life.
So please come and see me during September and join me for one last pint at The Post Inn before I go. 🍺❤️
