You win some, you lose some. I experimented encasing brie & gorgonzola in a shallow pastry as a tart. I put so much cheese in that it burst over the top of the pastry and I need to fold it back over. These ugly but seriously cheesey not-tarts are going hot on the counter wonky tray at the absolute bargain price of £3.50 which for this much cheese is awesome!
