We honestly cannot thank everyone enough for the incredible support we received for our Kaina for Nepal Charity Lunch. Together, we have managed to raise an amazing £1,810! 🎉❤️

We are so pleased to share that the £1,810 has now been transferred to the Nepal Prime Minister’s Fund, which is being used to support those affected by the devastating flash floods in Nepal. Every meal, every donation and every kind word helped make this possible. Seeing so many of you come through our doors to support a cause so close to our hearts meant more to us than we can put into words. ❤️

We also had people coming into the restaurant yesterday asking how they could donate, even though the charity lunch has finished. Because of this, we will keep our charity donation bucket at Kaina for anyone who would still like to contribute. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will be greatly appreciated. 🙏

Thank you to our wonderful customers, friends, family and the whole Oban community for standing with us and standing with Nepal. 🇳🇵❤️

We’re excited to introduce our special Kaina for Nepal Charity Lunch Menu for Wednesday and Thursday (9th and 10th September).

⭐ THE STAR OF OUR MENU ⭐

🥟🇳🇵 CHICKEN MOMO – KAINA’S FIRST EVER!

For the first time at Kaina, we’re bringing one of Nepal’s most loved dishes to our restaurant! Our homemade signature chicken dumplings, served with our homemade tomato sauce. We’re so excited to share a little taste of our home with our Kaina family in Oban.

Due to limited spaces, we strongly recommend making a reservation in advance to avoid disappointment.

If you’re unable to join us for the lunch but would still like to support our fundraiser, we will have a donation bucket at the restaurant where you can make a contribution. Every donation, big or small, is greatly appreciated. 🙏

🇳🇵 KAINA FOR NEPAL 🇳🇵

CHARITY LUNCH • 9th & 10th SEPTEMBER

As many of you know, our family is originally from Nepal, and Nepal holds a very special place in our hearts. ❤️

Last week Nepal was hit by unimaginable flash flood causing heartbreaking loss of life, destroying homes and leaving many families without shelter, food and basic necessities. As the death toll continues to rise, thousands of people are facing an incredibly difficult time. We wanted to do something from here in Oban to support the people and communities affected by this devastating disaster.

We will be holding TWO DAYS OF CHARITY LUNCHES at Kaina Restaurant:

📅 Wednesday 9th September & Thursday 10th September
🕛 12pm – 3pm
📍 Kaina Italian Kitchen, Oban

🍽️ A special charity lunch menu will be announced very soon.

Most importantly, Kaina will cover ALL the expenses of the event, including food, staff and drinks which means ALL PROCEEDS from the charity lunches will go towards helping the victims of the devastating floods in Nepal.

We would love for our customers, friends, families and the wider Oban community to come together with us and show our support for the people of Nepal.

Every meal purchased will help. Every donation will make a difference. Every share will help spread the word. 🇳🇵❤️
