Nepal Flash Flood Appeal

As many of you may have seen, Nepal has been severely affected by the recent flash floods.

If you would like to help, please consider donating directly to the Prime Minister of Nepal’s B***n Relief Fund using the page provided.

The Gurkha - Nepalese community in Nuneaton is also organising a fundraising collection from 0900 to 15:00 hours on Wednesday, 2 September 2026.

If you are unable to donate via the page or attend on the day, you are welcome to drop off your donation at the Crossed Khukris Gurkha restaurant.

All money raised will be transferred directly to the Prime Minister of Nepal’s Relief Fund.

Dear All,

Crossed Khukris Gurkha Restaurant is proud to organise a charity fundraising event in support of our beloved local George Eliot Hospital, specifically the Dorothea Unit.

This year is especially significant as George Eliot Hospital Charity celebrates 30 years of supporting patients and healthcare services.

To mark this milestone the charity has launched its “30 for 30” campaign in aid of the Dorothea Unit and Our local hospital.

The Dorothea Unit provides oncology and haematology day care to hundreds of local patients every week.

The campaign aims to raise £30.000 (thirty thousand pounds) to replace the specialist reclining chairs used by patients undergoing chemotherapy and blood related treatments, helping to make their treatment as comfortable as possible.

We would be honoured if you could join us and support this worthwhile cause.

CROSSED KHUKRIS GURKHA RESTAURANT-26th Annual Poppy Appeal Charity lunch.
Yesterday (16th November 2025) we proudly held our 26th Annual Poppy Appeal Charity Lunch, continuing a tradition that has spanned more than 25 years.
This year, together we raised £1000.00 (Thousands pounds) for the Royal British Legion.
I want to express my personal heartfelt thanks to all my family and friends for your continued support, kindness and generosity. Without you , none of this would be possible.
