Autumnal doesn’t mean dreary…

Today I took a little time out to pick some fresh pears for , and it reminded me how beautiful this season truly is. The golden leaves, the crisp air, and the calm that comes with slowing down for a moment.

There’s something so grounding about sourcing ingredients straight from nature, it brings me back to why I started creating desserts in the first place: to capture those simple, joyful moments and turn them into something indulgent.

Autumn might feel quieter, but it’s full of colour, comfort, and inspiration, especially when there are pears this perfect waiting to be transformed into something delicious.

I recently met an incredible tequila manufacturer from Los Angeles, and after just one sip of his 15-year-old tequila, I knew something special was about to happen, every drop inspired me instantly, and I couldn’t stop imagining how beautifully it would pair in one of my luxurious creations.

For the past three months, I’ve been quietly working behind the scenes to develop a brand-new dessert collaboration, one that blends the indulgent elegance of British opulence with the bold, refined spirit of the USA.

I’ll be flying out to Los Angeles soon to continue this exciting partnership, the goal to take Posh Pudding Pots across the Atlantic 🇬🇧✈️🇺🇸

This next chapter means so much to me, not just as a creator, but as a woman who’s dared to dream bigger than ever before.
