Thank you to everyone for your kind messages of support to our family, and peopls lovely comments about Craig. He did so much of the community and customers and touched so many lives.

I'm embarrassed to say, we are struggling to put together the funds for Chubb's funeral. It was so much of a shock, unexpected and we we're so not financially prepared. Our daughter in law has set up a gofundme to raise funds to give Chubb's the send off he deserves.

Even a share of the post it you can not donate would help us greatly. Thank you 💔

This a difficult heartbreaking post to write It's with the deepest heartache to tell you the man, the myth, the legend Chubb's, sadly passed away early hours of this morning 💔

You knew him as Chubb's, but to me, he was my husband Craig, my partner in crime, my love & my light and my chaos & my storm. My rock and the biggest pain in the ass.

An amazing father to our 3 wonderful son's and granddad to our beautiful 3 grandchildren and bump.

We are deeply devastated 💔 and his loss leaves a huge hole in our lives. I know he'll be missed by you.

Thank you supporting his dream. Thank you for the laughs, the tears, the hugs, the good and the bad and everything in-between and thank you for letting us into your lives.

🌴 Day Two at Chubbs Grub Hub! 🌴

We just wanted to say a massive thank you to everyone who’s already popped down to see us over the last couple of days. ❤️

It’s been brilliant meeting so many new faces and hearing your feedback on the new menu. Every comment, every order and every recommendation means a lot to a small independent business like ours.

Although we’re no longer serving breakfast, we’re still doing what Chubbs has always been known for…

🔥 Big portions.
🔥 Great value.
🔥 Proper tasty food, cooked fresh.

And this is only the beginning…

Over the coming weeks we’ll be adding even more exciting dishes, loaded specials and a few surprises from the Cheeki Tiki Shack Collective and The Chilled Eskimo Beach Club. 🍔🌭🥙🍟🧇🍦🍹
