How delicious 🤤 fresh cakes due in today 💚

Every time I think of carrot cake, I think of warmth, cosiness and beautifully spiced.

Soft sponge, warming cinnamon, a little sweetness from the carrots, and that creamy frosting on top it’s one of those cakes that just feels comforting.

It’s not flashy. It doesn’t need to be.

A good carrot cake is all about flavour, texture and that homemade feel that makes you want to go back for another slice.

Perfect with a coffee, perfect on a cake counter, and definitely one of those classics that never really goes out of style.
