Spent the night on the beach, with our feet in the sand, campfire, guitars and of course beers!

The first stock is well underway. Our stock and gravy were a big deal back in Leicester! We take a lot of time and care when we make it. Saving all the fat and all the meat trim from the whole week, to produce a beautiful rich stock for your Sunday gravy the Jus for our main course specials and main menu.
