OH MY GOODNESS!
Thank you so so much to everyone who visited my little Bake Hut today and this evening it was a complete sell out and I am extremely grateful to you all 👏 🙏 🧑‍🍳 🛖

I’ll be up early in the morning to replenish the hut with bakes I’m not sure what yet as I thought I’d made more than enough for today and tomorrow 😜 so let’s see what tomorrow brings 🤷 🍰

Freshly baked COOKIES are in the Bakery Hut now, there’s other bakes to choose from too with more being added as made.
Sausage Rolls will be added around 6pm fresh out the oven so will still be hot… available until 8pm ish when the hut closes.
I’ll be adding more savoury bakes going forward too.
This is an honesty payment serve yourself service where payment for all items are relied on.

My little MENU is now available to order from.
Although still only small at the moment it is just a trial whilst I get back into my baking routine where I will increase and rotate the products on offer.
The Indian Spiced Cauliflower, Onion Bhaji, Chickpea & Mango Pie is this weeks savoury Vegan/Vegetarian option… it’s delicious!
This menu is available to order from today until 6pm on Wednesday 2nd for collection between 5 and 7pm Friday 4th August.
Inbox me to order and reserve where with limited availability products are on a first come first serve basis. Payment will be taken with order with an arranged time together with a slot for collection or delivery ( deliveries are between 9 and 11am Fridays)

There will be some items available to choose from in the Nice Bakery Hut from 10am to 7pm Friday and Saturday (by the side of my house with more added as baked) where you will find instructions for payment.

FAT BOY CHEESEBURGER PIE 🥧 is making an appearance 🔜 filled with two hand crafted classic ground beef patties, fried onions, cheddar cheese topped with tomato ketchup, burger sauce and chopped pickled gerkins, baked with a rich buttery pastry crust and a ‘New’ puff pastry top with sesame seeds.
These delicious pies have been a firm favourite from the start of NICE PIE and I can’t wait for you to try the new improved version 🥧 🥩 🧅 🧀 🔥 🥧

Wow… what can I say… I’ve been wanting to visit this place for a while now and it did not disappoint! I opted for the Chicken Pancetta & Spring Onion Pie for lunch at PROPA SUNDERLAND and it was delicious, packed with tender pieces of chicken with pancetta and onion pieces throughout a creamy flavoursome sauce, encased in a perfectly golden baked pastry, served with buttery mash potatoes, topped with a rich flavoursome beef gravy… memorable food and a great experience. Thank you Propa Sunderland
