Fletchers Restaurant Located in the Nottingham College City Hub, situated between the Lace Market and Broad Marsh. Fletchers boasts a commercial restaurant and 200-seater theatre.

The Restaurant can be accessed easily using public transport. If you are travelling by tram alight at the tram stop next to the train station (less than 5 mins walk) or by bus at the new Broadmarsh bus station (less than 5 mins walk). If you are walking from the city centre use the stairs next to the Nottingham Contemporary. We are open (term time only) for morning coffee and lunch from midday Wed

nesday to Fridays and Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 6pm for dinner. The restaurant is staffed by students working towards their qualifications in Hospitality and Catering who are trained and supervised by industry professionals

A beautifully balanced 5-course menu celebrating the best of our bountiful coastline, including:

• English pea velouté with mint and guanciale crisp
• Cornish scallop carpaccio with yuzu and cucumber
• Pan-fried halibut with saffron potatoes and shellfish foam

Flavours of Rome 6th & 7th May | 3 courses £28.95 🍽️

Next week, our Level 2 student chef Jastine Groza takes over Fletchers with a menu inspired by her family’s Italian heritage. 🇮🇹

Jastine grew up cooking alongside her mum, who worked in hospitality in Italy, and those early moments in the kitchen shaped her love for traditional recipes. After visiting Rome last summer and falling in love with the city, she knew exactly which dishes she wanted to celebrate.

Expect authentic Roman flavours, simplicity done beautifully, and a menu straight from the heart.
