Morning.
Ive had a lovely week off but cant wait to get back.
Blueberry and lemon scones and fruit scones just going in the oven. Carrot cake ready for its cream cheese and walnut topping, Raspberry Bakewell cake, Lemon and blueberry cake, spiced apple cake, freshly baked custard tarts and whatever else I’ve got time to do.
Also some lovely summery salads with homemade dressings as well as the usual menu.
I hope you’ve missed us as much as we missed you.

What a lovely week to have a holiday😊
Sage wont be open this week as we are having a break.
We will be back open on Tuesday 2nd June with our new summer menu.

Morning.
The pop up food fayre is without a coffee vendor today so we’ve been asked to open.
Ive been toying with the idea of opening Sundays in the summer so why not? It’s going to be a gorgeous day and i hadn’t got anything planned.
Limited menu though.
Iced coffees will likely be the biggest seller today given the weather.
Latte or iced latte
Cappuccino
Flat white
Espresso
Tea
Herbal tea
Cold cans
Smoothies
Matcha or iced Matcha
Iced ube
Milk shakes.

Given the late notice i will only be serving bacon or sausage cobs/ ciabatta with optional extras such as egg, mushroom, toms etc.
I will make a large batch of scones available with butter, jam and cream.

Open from 10am today until 2pm or later if there is demand
