time for us to spill some beans...
a seminal moment for us last week, as an unannounced visitor took us by surprise at the end of an otherwise routine Thursday lunch service: 3 courses and 1 revelation that they were visiting on behalf of later, we were told that we’d achieved a 2 AA Rosette rating
you’ll have to forgive us the tears, cheers and beers which followed, but we’re immensely proud of what we’ve achieved in just 6 months and to be recognised by industry experts is a very special feeling indeed
particular praise is due to our Head Chef and his right-hand man .antonio.g, who are especially deserving - whilst we make sure to pass on every bit of praise delivered to us at the table, we’re sure you’ll agree this one might take the biscuit
thanks to anyone who has visited us so far, and to those who plan to in the future; we can’t wait to welcome each and every one of you to the restaurant for an official 🏵️🏵️ experience x
