Ring in the New Year with style, sparkle, and seriously good food. ✨

We’ll begin with Champagne cocktails and canapés, setting the tone for an unforgettable night of flavour and celebration.

Joining us is Kat from in Sherwood — your friendly guide to discovering exceptional wines. Kat will lead you through seven expertly curated pairings, each designed to complement our chef’s bespoke menu.

Expect an evening that’s relaxed, joyful, and deliciously indulgent. Think:
✨ Venison loin from Fenn Farm, Lincolnshire
🦪 Fresh Cornish oysters & hand-dived scallops
🌿 Seasonal fennel & vibrant berry granita
🍮 Silky panna cotta
🧀 A beautiful selection of British cheeses with preserved fruits — paired with Port

Every ingredient is hand-picked from the finest local and national producers — because this night deserves nothing less.

Oh, and there’s an extra reason to celebrate… it’s Chef Claire’s birthday! 🎉 Expect a few surprises and plenty of cheer.
