Belvoir Bakery Our bread is made using high quality flour from the Cotswolds and France. Sourdough is known for its longevity and once toasted a whole new flavour is released.

Belvoir bakery prides its self on the traditional fermentation processes, pre ferments and long fermentations used to develop our great taste and artisan style. British nostalgia can be found in our traditional range of white and granary and wholemeal tins and unique batch loaves

Our Sourdoughs each have their own unique flavour aroma and chewy texture and crumb. Favourite selections from over seas and seasonal specials incorporating different styles and ingredients enhance our continental bread range. Our Viennoiserie range – a French term for treats made with sweet dough and yeast showcase our croissants and pastries. Our traditional English scones a tea time treat not to be missed as well as our ever popular Brownie and individual cakes.

📢 A little notice to our lovely customers! ❤️

When we save products for our customers, this is a personal favour offered by the individual member of staff on our stall. Unfortunately, due to products sometimes not being collected, we will now only be able to hold pre-orders until 12 noon, unless agreed otherwise with a member of staff beforehand.

We hope you understand that this is only fair to all our customers, and helps us ensure everyone has an equal opportunity to purchase their favourite treats. 🥐🍰

Going forward, we will be working on a first come, first served basis for any products not collected by 12 noon.

New banners, Gazebos, Backs and a new look for our market stalls! 🥐🤎

And yes, you read that right… WE’RE NOW IN OAKHAM EVERY WEDNESDAY AND SATURDAY! 🎉

Come and see Darcie at our brand-new Wednesday market in Oakham, alongside our usual Wednesday market in Market Bosworth.

Same delicious bakes, same quality ingredients, just a fresh new look! 🤍

📣 MARKET UPDATE! 📣

Even though one of our members of staff, Paul, is off on holiday ☀️🍻, don’t worry — the bakery will be carrying on as usual!

We’ll still be at Loughborough & Bingham today and shepshed, Stamford and Hinckley on Friday. 🥐🍞🍰

Because, as you all know, it’s VERY rare for us to miss a market… and just because one member of staff is on holiday doesn’t mean we’re getting a day off! 😂

Paul may be enjoying himself, but the rest of us will be keeping the ovens on! 🔥😂

You know that saying “I heard a rumour “ well we’ve heard that some of you have heard a rumour that we aren’t going to be at Hinckley anymore it’s absolutely NOT TRUE we have loved coming to Hinckley for over 10 years and we have no intention of stopping. We look forward to seeing you all every week showing you the new things we have created for you and selling you your favourites and we will continue to do so. So if you hear this rumour please take no notice. See you next week and the week after and the week after ……….. lol.
