Belvoir Bakery Our bread is made using high quality flour from the Cotswolds and France. Sourdough is known for its longevity and once toasted a whole new flavour is released.

Belvoir bakery prides its self on the traditional fermentation processes, pre ferments and long fermentations used to develop our great taste and artisan style. British nostalgia can be found in our traditional range of white and granary and wholemeal tins and unique batch loaves

Our Sourdoughs each have their own unique flavour aroma and chewy texture and crumb. Favourite selections from over seas and seasonal specials incorporating different styles and ingredients enhance our continental bread range. Our Viennoiserie range – a French term for treats made with sweet dough and yeast showcase our croissants and pastries. Our traditional English scones a tea time treat not to be missed as well as our ever popular Brownie and individual cakes.

Due to the really hot weather can I suggest you come and visit us to buy our yummy breads and cakes as early as possible 1. To preserve the quality and 2 to look after our amazing staff who are braving the heat. Stamford has informed us that we need to close at 12.30 tomorrow so please come and see us as early as you can so you don’t miss us. Many thanks Tracey Rob and the team. 😊

We are looking for a member of staff to help on our stall in Oakham on a Saturday morning 6am to 3pm approximately. The role will involve helping to set up the stall, display and sell the products and pack away at the end of the day. Please get in touch for more information, tell me about any experience you may have. Full training will be given but an interest in food and some customer service experience would be helpful. 😊

Oh my goodness the weather🤔 now I’m not going to moan honestly we finally have summer and everyone is complaining it’s too hot, me well it is a bit hotter than I would like and if you were to speak to my bakers and pastry chefs they would defo agree. However they are troupers they have prepped and prepared baked and decorated despite the hot weather. We have changed a few things we won’t have any chocolate until it cools down but boy have we got some fab alternatives one of which is on the photo below Lemon and Raspberry cookies they are simply divine and so far are coping with the heat. So don’t forget to come and support us we will be in all of our usual market places this week except Beeston. Tracey.
