(Spicy Noodles )— (No.94) The Fiery Stir-Fry That Wakes You Up! 🇹🇭

In Thailand, — better known as Drunken Noodle — is one of the most exciting and iconic street-food dishes!
Despite the name, there’s actually no alcohol in it. Legend says it was created by a man who came home late after drinking and wanted something spicy enough to “wake him up”

This dish is all about bold, vibrant flavours — fresh chilies, garlic, holy basil, and noodles , tossed together in a fragrant, slightly sweet, and irresistibly spicy sauce.
It’s the kind of meal that makes your taste buds dance and your heart race a little (in the best way ).
