I recently learnt what a ‘Fluffernutter’ was and I needed no persuading over the combination of peanut butter and marshmallows!

These are my easy vegan peanut butter & marshmallow ‘Fluffernutter’ cookies! Made using the yummiest marshmallows (gifted) and crunchy peanut butter 😍

Malt loaf is a great accidentally vegan treat, but have you ever made your own?
