💙🖤 PLEASE READ – WE NEED YOUR HELP

A former Selston FC junior player, club sponsor and a family that many of you may know have recently received some heartbreaking news.

James Hill and his wife, Bryony, have five children aged between 3 and 16. Following a recent seizure, Bryony has been diagnosed with a inoperable stage 4 brain tumour. The family are now trying to raise funds for treatment that will hopefully give them more precious time together.

To support them, a Charity Family Fun Day is being held on Saturday 1st August, 10:00am–5:00pm.

We're currently organising football matches involving our U7s and, hopefully, our girls' team. Alongside the football, there will be stalls, bouncy castles, a barbecue, a raffle, and plenty of family activities.

This is where we need your help...

💙 Raffle prizes – If you or your business can donate a prize, no matter how big or small, it would be hugely appreciated.

💙 Stalls & pop-up shops – If you run a business or have a stall you'd be willing to bring along, we'd love to hear from you.

💙 Volunteers – We also need people who can spare some time on the day to help with set-up, running activities, or anything else that's needed.

💙 Match sponsors – We're looking for sponsors for the U7s and girls' matches to help raise as much money as possible for the Hill family.

As a club, we'd love to show James, Bryony and their children just how much support they have from the Selston FC family. Every donation, volunteer, share and offer of help will make a real difference.

We are looking for someone 2 days a week Wednesday and Friday roughly 15 hours in total.

Please note this is an active role and involves working on your feet all day and helping with every element of the day to day running of the shop.

Previous catering or retail experience preferred.

We have been very busy on the Christmas menu today.

So much so that we are just running the normal shop menu tomorrow, for new orders and walk ins.
