Meet Charlie 😊

Charlie has been a part of our BOH team for 10 months now, cooking up thousands of our signature dishes - Crispy Chicken, Crispy Cauliflower - for you to tuck into.

When asked what his favourite part of working at Bar Iberico was
"The team, both the Front and Back of House. The teamwork and spirit make it feel easy to work here. Everyone is so helpful"

When he's not executing your favourite dishes, he loves to play 6-a-side football with his mates every Sunday, letting loose with his bike at Bestwood Country Park - his favourite way to relax, and playing a few chords on the pianos in the Vic Centre.
